If you are an individual or a corporation with ownership interest in a minimum of ten properties, we offer several programs to refinance, take cash out, or purchase additional investment properties. Investors with multiple finances properties or who cannot document traditional income will find our two Home Point Investor Programs offer some of the most competitive terms in the marketplace.

Home Point Investor Programs do not require the review of tax returns for qualification. Income to qualify is based off the gross rents received on the property evidenced by a lease agreement or appraisal form 1007 (comparable rent schedule).

HOME POINT INVESTOR PROGRAM A

  • Rents received on the property to qualify

  • Maximum loan amount 1 unit $650,000 (multi-units higher loan amounts)

  • Condos as low as 35% complex owner-occupancy allowed

  • Up to 25 properties max exposure one entity $5,000,000

  • Loans can be made to a corporation with personal guarantee

  • Minimum loan amount $75,000

  • No short sales or foreclosures within the last 3 years

  • Unlimited number of financed properties

  • Minimum Credit Score 680

  • 2 months reserves required on ONLY the subject property

  • Rents received on the property to qualify

  • Maximum loan amount 1 unit $500,000 (multi-units higher loan amounts)

  • Cash out limit $250,000

  • 5/1 ARM

  • Investor will fund up to 20 properties max exposure one entity $3,000,000

  • Loans can be made to a corporation with personal guarantee

  • Minimum Loan amount $50,000

  • No short sales in the last 4 years, no foreclosures in the last 7 years
